Online store development

We build online stores that hold up during sales, connect to your warehouse and CRM, and bring in orders, not support tickets. WooCommerce when you need a fast start, Laravel when you need scale.

An online store isn’t a storefront with a cart. It’s a system: a catalog with stock levels, payments, delivery, warehouse, CRM, analytics, email campaigns. If even one link is put together in a rush, the business loses orders at the busiest moment — during a sale, when traffic has jumped tenfold.

We build online stores as products meant to run for years: we pick the stack to fit the task and the budget, plan integrations from day one, prepare the infrastructure for peak loads and stay on for support after launch. We’ve built clothing, grocery and electronics stores, as well as B2B catalogs with thousands of products.

When clients come to us

You’re launching a brand from scratch

You need to get to market fast without overpaying for “enterprise.” We build a WooCommerce store with a ready-made theme or a custom design, connect payments and delivery — and you’re selling within a few weeks.

Your store is slow and keeps crashing

The site can’t handle email campaigns and sales, orders get lost, the cart breaks. We audit it, rebuild the infrastructure, optimize the code and the database, and set up monitoring.

You’ve outgrown your site builder

Tilda, InSales or an old CMS can no longer handle your product range, integrations and discount logic. We move the store to WooCommerce or Laravel without losing search rankings or order history.

You need custom logic

Pre-orders, capsule collections, gift cards with a balance, B2B prices, installment plans, multi-region setups. We write custom modules instead of hunting for “a plugin that almost fits.”

What’s included

Catalog and product pages

Categories and filters structured around your range, size charts, variations, real-time stock, fast search. Product pages that sell: photos, availability, delivery, related products.

Payments and installments

YooKassa, Robokassa, T-Bank, SBP (Russia’s Faster Payments System), installment and BNPL services. Fiscal receipts under 54-FZ (Russia’s cash register law), refunds, partial payments, payment by invoice for companies.

Delivery and pickup

CDEK, Boxberry, Russian Post, Yandex Delivery, courier services. Shipping costs calculated in the cart, pickup points chosen on a map, tracking numbers in the customer account and in notifications.

Warehouse and CRM integrations

1C, MoySklad, RetailCRM, amoCRM, Bitrix24. Products, stock, prices and orders sync with no manual entry. Middleware API servers for complex business logic.

Ready for peak loads

Nginx, Redis, HPOS in WooCommerce, caching at every level, load testing before a sale, Grafana + Prometheus and alerts in Telegram.

Marketing and analytics

Product feeds for Yandex Market, VK and Google Shopping, e-commerce goals in Yandex Metrica, promo codes, giveaways, email campaigns, Telegram bots for customers and managers.

How we work

  1. 1

    Audit and brief

We review your product range, processes, current systems and bottlenecks. If you already have a store, we run a technical audit of its code and infrastructure.

  2. 2

    Architecture and stack

We choose WooCommerce or Laravel and design the catalog, integrations and infrastructure. We agree on the stages, the timeline and what you get at each stage.

  3. 3

    Design and development

We work in iterations: every week you see a working result on a test server, not a slide deck. Code lives in Git, with separate stage and prod environments.

  4. 4

    Integrations and testing

We connect payments, delivery, the warehouse and the CRM, and run order scenarios all the way from the cart to the final accounting documents. Load testing is mandatory.

  5. 5

    Launch and support

We migrate the data and SEO, launch, and stay on call for the first few days. After that: support and development — new features, sales, 24/7 monitoring.

FAQ

WooCommerce or Laravel — which should we choose?

WooCommerce, if launch speed, budget and an ecosystem of ready-made plugins matter most; properly configured, it handles high loads too. Laravel, when you need complex business logic, custom customer accounts, B2B scenarios, or the store is part of a larger service. We help you choose at the audit stage.

How long does it take to build an online store?

A WooCommerce store with a ready-made theme and basic integrations takes from a few weeks. A store with a custom design, custom logic and 1C and CRM integrations usually takes 2–4 months. We give exact timelines after the brief and put them in the contract.

How much does online store development cost?

We estimate every store individually: the cost depends on catalog size, design, the number of integrations and load requirements. After the brief, we give a stage-by-stage estimate — with no hidden charges for tasks that “suddenly came up.”

Do you take over support for stores built by someone else?

Yes, that’s half of our work. We audit the code and infrastructure, fix critical issues, then move on to planned development. We’ll need access to the repository (or the files) and the server.

What happens to SEO when we move to a new platform?

We keep the URL structure or set up 301 redirects, carry over meta tags, copy and structured data, and connect Yandex Webmaster and Google Search Console before and after the move. If the move is planned, rankings aren’t lost.

Do you work with clients outside Saint Petersburg?

Yes. Most of our clients are in Moscow and other regions, and we work with clients worldwide. All communication is online: Telegram, email, calls. Contracts and accounting documents are handled electronically.
