Consent to the Processing of Personal Data

By submitting a form on the website https://rupor.agency (hereinafter, the “Website”) and checking the box “I consent to the processing of personal data”, I freely, of my own will and in my own interest, give Sole Proprietor Mikhail Evgenievich Babchinsky, INN (taxpayer ID) 780715473679, OGRNIP (state registration number) 313470327000026 (hereinafter, the “Operator”), my consent to the processing of my personal data on the following terms.

1. Purposes of processing

• reviewing my request or inquiry and responding to it;
• contacting me via the contact details provided on matters relating to the request;
• preparing a commercial proposal, cost estimate or invoice;
• concluding and performing a contract, should I or the organization I represent enter into one with the Operator.

2. List of personal data

Name; email address; phone number; company name; position or role; website address; message text; information about the selected service or product — to the extent I have provided such data in the form. In addition, as confirmation of this consent, the Operator stores the date and time the form was submitted, the IP address, browser information and the version of this document.

3. Processing actions and methods

Collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, transfer (provision, access), blocking, deletion, destruction. Processing is automated, with transfer via the Internet.

4. Transfer to third parties

The Operator receives requests from the Website’s forms through the Yandex 360 email service, which is operated by Yandex LLC (INN 7736207543, 16 Lva Tolstogo St., Moscow, 119021). My personal data is transferred to other third parties only in the cases provided for by law. No cross-border transfer is carried out.

5. Term and withdrawal of consent

This consent is valid until the purposes of processing are achieved, but no longer than 3 years from the date of my last inquiry, or until it is withdrawn. If a contract is concluded, the data necessary for its performance and for accounting and tax record-keeping is processed for the periods specified in the Personal Data Processing Policy.

I may withdraw this consent by sending an email to hello@rupor.agency with the subject line “Withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data”. The Operator ceases processing and destroys my personal data within no more than 30 days from the date of receipt of the withdrawal, unless otherwise provided by a contract or by law.
