Event aggregator with AI agents and a ticketing service
The goal was to build a music event aggregator with an SEO-optimized catalog, a full booking and ticket purchase cycle, dashboards for different roles, and self-populating content.
A Laravel service built for SEO: Google PageSpeed optimization, structured data, and every technical requirement from SEO specialists. The result is tangible organic traffic.
We wrote autonomous agents that fill the event listings from several sources. The agents work through the APIs of external systems, scan feeds, and use neural networks to parse content from Telegram and VK. Data merging is smart: if an announcement from an external source matches an existing one, the existing one is enriched with the new data.
The full cycle: booking, reservation, checkout, and ticket purchase. Five dashboards: buyer, organizer, editorial manager, ticketing manager, and affiliate program. QR codes on tickets and a scanner for Android and iOS.
Organizers create events, issue tickets, and manage announcements. They get detailed reports: sales, marketing data, and an export of the email list for mailings. Notifications about purchases and remaining tickets go to Telegram.
A regional network of channels, one per city. A bot automatically picks announcements and builds the publishing schedule: weekend roundups, topic digests, and announcements of individual events. Posts go out on schedule with no editorial involvement.
