Corporate website with interactive property maps synced with 1C
A management company for commercial real estate — shopping centers in Moscow. It needed a corporate website with a property catalog, interactive floor plans, and synchronization with 1C (the accounting system most Russian businesses use). On top of that, the buildings’ layouts change regularly: renovations, tenant turnover, new zoning.
We get the property catalog from the client’s 1C through automatic synchronization. Data on occupied and vacant space is updated without any manager involvement. If a store moves out and a new one moves in, the information is pulled in automatically.
We developed a parser for SVG files in a specific format. The client’s design department creates floor maps in the agreed format and uploads them — and the system picks up the new layout automatically. Each floor is an interactive vector map with tenant information.
Signed-in managers see extended information: vacant units, floor area, and tenant contacts. The data for leasing decisions is right on the interactive map.
