Challenge

The previous development team had ended the partnership and stopped communicating with the client. The client was left without access to the technical side of the project: no documentation, no understanding of the architecture or of how the scrapers and caching worked. The project served huge traffic — up to 150 TB a month through a CDN.

Solution

Audit and takeover

We fully mapped out the project’s Laravel architecture: scrapers, the admin panel, the editorial workflow, routine scripts, and caching mechanisms. We deployed a staging server, took the project over, and began developing it step by step.

Translation system via the DeepL API

We implemented multilingual support: the site’s entire interface is translated at the click of a button. Translations are packed into XML and sent to DeepL, and the translated versions are installed on the site automatically. All content is translated separately — program descriptions, changelogs, and categories.

AI content automation with n8n

We connected n8n to generate content automatically with AI. Texts for every version of a program are generated automatically from the editorial team’s spreadsheets: adaptation for each platform (Mac, Windows, Linux), descriptions of what changed in new versions, and SEO-optimized copywriting. The texts are then translated via DeepL and published — in one click, in all languages and for all platforms.

CDN and infrastructure

The project generates terabytes of traffic. We have switched CDN providers several times (BunnyCDN, KeyCDN, Cloudflare) to optimize the cost and speed of file delivery.
